BRECKENRIDGE-- We're proud to show off our recently-completed project in this year's Parade of Homes. It's a creative, elegant home designed by Suzanne Allen-Guerra with a comfortable inviting interior by Niichel Designs.

From the official Parade of Homes guide:

Situated on a prime Highlands golf course site with unobstructed views of the Ten Mile range, this inviting home’s creative, one-of-a-kind features and exacting craftsmanship is the result of the close partnership between client, builder, architect and interior designer.

The entry, framed by flared stone columns and a very tall archway of exposed rafter tails, features a 9-foot custom-built, pin-hinged door with its distinctive, locally hand-forged wrought iron handle created exclusively for this home.

Inside, guests are immediately greeted with a look west to the Ten Mile range, framed by one of many large picture windows designed specifically to take advantage of this home’s premium views.

Warm reclaimed oak flooring leads to the highlight of the home: A soaring yet intimate kitchen and great room. The custom copper-clad wrought iron range hood gently sweeps up to meet the vaulted ceilings. With its luxurious yet warm and inviting furnishings, one will want to relax and enjoy the dramatic views or walk to the outside barbeque through a 12ft bi-folding door that invites the outside in.

We are especially proud of the dramatic veneer and stone gallery leading to guest rooms and the recreation room, complete with a rare green marble bar and another large bi-folding door that welcomes you outside to a large private courtyard, fire-pit and hot tub—all perfectly framed by commanding mountain views.

The inspired interior décor combines warmth and elegance with understated mountain luxury. As you experience this home, don’t miss the handsome granite, marble and tile along with the intricate, locally hand-forged iron features throughout.
