Completed in 2013, this home located on a lot with stunning views of Mt. Sopris, was an exciting project for New West Partners. The owners wanted their guests to be greeted by the massive peak when they walked in the door.

To make this a reality, Alan and team worked meticulously with surveyors to pinpoint the exact location and angles necessary to make that a reality. The result was outstanding: When you open the door into this home, you’re greeted with a scene through a perfectly-placed picture window on one of the Aspen area’s most beautiful mountains.
